Newbury woman Antonia Whitewood in ABH assault

A WOMAN has been ordered to compensate the victim she assaulted.
Antonia Whitewood appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, March 5.
The 30-year-old, of Hillview Place, Newbury, admitted assaulting Sherrie Howe, thereby causing her actual bodily harm, in Newbury on January 14 this year.
Whitewood, who was legally represented by Max Riley-Gould, was made subject to a 12-month community order and required to complete 100 hours of unpaid community work.
In addition, she was ordered to pay £85 costs.
Finally, Whitewood was ordered to pay Ms Howe £100 compensation in lieu of an otherwise statutory victim services surcharge.
