The Castle pub to reopen in Donnington

The Castle pub at Donnington shut its doors last November owing to rises prices and the cost-of-living crisis.

But it will now reopen as a pub and restaurant serving Greek cuisine.

The pub, located in Oxford Road, will be managed by chef George ‘Zeus’ of The Bacon Arms, Newbury, says a spokesperson for West Berkshire CAMRA.

The pub is due to reopen on May 3.
