Chieveley hails return of popular village fete on Father’s Day

A popular village fete is returning this weekend.
Chieveley is welcoming the return of its annual fete on Sunday, June 18, from 2pm to 5pm, featuring swing boats, tombola, ice creams, live music, food, plus plenty of stalls.
This year’s event is expected to be the last in the grounds of Chieveley Manor, as the late 18th-century manor house and its 42 acres of land are currently listed for sale at £7.5m.
No dogs or bikes are permitted.
