Tune in tonight to see Berkshire Farm Girl, Eleanor Gilbert, on BBC Countryfile tonight

Make sure you tune in tonight to see our very own Berkshire Farm Girl on TV.

Eleanor Gilbert, who regularly writes for our Out & About magazine, will feature in tonight’s (Sunday) Countryfile on BBC One.

Adam Henson and the rest of the Countryfile team visited Eleanor at Rookery Farm.

“It was great to meet Adam Henson and to show him around the farm in Newbury,” she said.

“He was particularly interested in how technology plays a vital role in agriculture and he was so kind and helpful and very knowledgeable around farming.”

Adam was visiting the farm to see what Eleanor has been up to since winning the BBC Food and Farming Countryfile Young Countryside Champion award back in November 2022.

At the time Eleanor told viewers how she uses social media to spread awareness about the benefits and techniques of farming to those who might not be aware of them.
