Toaster blaze smoke damages Thatcham kitchen

Two pumps were called from Newbury Fire Station at 5.45pm to Ilkley Way, after a toaster caught fire.
No-one was hurt.
Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the blaze.
The kitchen was 25 per cent smoke damaged and firefighters removed some kitchen cupboards whilst tackling the fire.
Firefighters left the scene at 5.45pm
