Roads to be closed as Thatcham’s remembrance parade returns for 2021

There will be a number of road closures on November 14 (Sunday) as the Remembrance parade runs through Thatcham.

The entire length of Brownsfield Road will be closed from 10.30am until 12pm.

The A4 Bath Road between Beverly Close and Park Lane will be shut from 10.30am to 12pm.

An alternative route drivers can take for this road closure will be through Tull Way, Bowling Green Road, Heath Lane and Floral Way or The Moors and Lower Way.

The Thatcham High Street between the A4 and Park Lane will be closed from 10.30am until 12pm.

An alternative route for this closure will be through Park Lane.

The High Street, both sides of The Broadway and Church Gate will be closed between Park Lane and St Mary’s Church from 10.30am till 10.45am and then again at 11.20am till 11.45am.

Motorists will not be able to wait on the High Street between the A4 Bath Road and The Broadway between 9am and 12pm this Sunday.
