Road closure planned at Crookham Hill for Network Rail work at Thatcham Level Crossing

A road in Thatcham will be closed later in the month.

The level crossing at Crookham Hill will be closed between 0.55am on Tuesday, February 20, and 5am on Wednesday, February 21.

The road will be shut between its junctions with Station Road and Rainsford Farm Mews.

It is to enable Network Rail to carry out maintenance works on the level crossing.

An alternative route is via Station Road, Bath Road, Brimpton Road, Crookham Common Road, Crookham Hill and vice versa.

A diversion route will be in place.
