Retirement development to cut ribbon on new homes




Retirees in Thatcham have been invited to the official opening of a new retirement living complex.

McCarthy Stone will open the doors to Turner Place and William House on Thursday, February 9.

Mayor of Thatcham Jeff Brooks will be opening the developments on The Moors with a ceremonial ribbon cutting.

Mr Brooks said: “I am very much looking forward to my visit to Turner Place and William House where I understand sociable and friendly communities have already been established for like-minded local people.

“I am sure both developments will continue to take its place at the heart of the local community in Thatcham.”

Attendees can enjoy a complimentary lunch at the on-site bistro and find out more about how to make the most of their retirement.
