Donnington New Homes to host public exhibition at the Red House in Highclere to discuss new four-home development

A housing developer is hosting a public exhibition to showcase its plans to build on a plot of land in Highclere.

Donnington New Homes owns The Old Piggery on Westridge and it has submitted a planning application to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council to build one 5-bed property and three 3-bed properties on the land.

The public exhibition will be at the Red House from 5pm to 8pm on Tuesday, October 18.

At this event, residents will be able to view layout plans and computer generated images of the proposed properties, and discuss any concerns they may have with Donnington New Homes representatives.

A Donnington New Homes spokesperson said that he hopes the public exhibition will provide the company with some good ideas after getting some feedback from the parish.
