Police successfully apply for Thatcham home closure order

A COURT has granted a home closure order following complaints of antisocial behaviour.
On Wednesday, February 12, police applied to Reading magistrates for a closure order in respect of 11, Borders Gardens in Thatcham.
The order, made under section 80 of the Antisocial Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, will reportedly affect three occupants, who did not attend the brief hearing.
Magistrates granted the closure order for three months.
