The Nightingales estate resident, David Mayes, caught with cannabis in Thatcham

A MAN was caught with cannabis.
David Mayes appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, January 30.
The 31-year-old, of Springhurst, on The Nightingales estate in Newbury, admitted possessing three bags of the Class B controlled drug in Thatcham on Thursday, January 16.
He was made subject to a six-month conditional discharge.
In addition, Mayes was ordered to pay £85 costs, plus a statutory victim services surcharge of £26.
