Theale motorist Oleksandr Herasy drove while disqualified




A MOTORIST was caught behind the wheel in defiance of a driving ban.

Oleksandr Herasy appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, February 11.

The 32-year-old, of North Walk, Theale, admitted driving a BMW 5 Series in Reading on December 14 last year when he was disqualified from doing so.

Herasy further admitted driving without insurance on the same occasion.

He was made subject to a 12-month community order and required to complete 150 hours of unpaid community work.

In addition, Herasy was ordered to pay £85 costs, plus a statutory victim services surcharge.
