Housebuilder David Wilson Homes Southern cleans up for Dingley’s Promise.
A charity car wash at David Wilson Homes Southern’s head office in Hungerford saw employees rolling up their sleeves to clean cars and raise money for a great cause.
The commercial team grabbed their sponges to raise money for the housebuilder’s chosen Charity of the Year, Dingley’s Promise.
With plenty of soap, water, and enthusiasm the team raised £630 for the charity.
Additionally, the funds raised will also be matched by the homebuilder’s parent company, Barratt Redrow, doubling the impact of their efforts.
Dingley’s Promise is a charity committed to providing nursery education to children under five with epecial educational needs and disabilities (SEND), alongside offering crucial support and guidance to the families of these children.
Operating from several centres across Berkshire, including Newbury, Dingley’s Promise delivers specialised programmes and activities that provide individualised support for children with SEND.
By tailoring its strategies to each child’s unique needs and motivations, the charity provides essential early intervention, helping to give children the best possible start in life.
