Driver caught with no insurance or MOT in Newbury has car seized by Thames Valley Police




Motorist also forced to pay hefty fine and recovery costs

A motorist had their car seized and were hit with a hefty fine after being caught by police driving in Newbury without insurance or a valid MOT.

In addition, the driver of the KIA was issued with six points, £400 in fines, and recovery costs after being stopped on Andover Road yesterday.
