Double dog of the Week

This week’s dogs are one-year-old Greyhound, Arnie and 18-month-old Husky cross, Luka.
Assistant Manager at Dogs Trust Newbury, Jenny Hopkins, said: “Arnie is a perfect walking partner.
“He loves nothing more than a gentle stroll followed by a cuddle and a snooze.
“He gets on well with other placid dogs and could live with an equally gentle female dog, but would be best suited to a home where he is the only pet.”
She added: “This handsome chap is a gentle giant and a real softy who loves to lap up lots of cuddles.
"He enjoys the company of people and dogs and is at his happiest when playing with his favourite toys.
“Luka was handed in to us due to a change in circumstances but he is a friendly, affectionate boy who would make a wonderful companion in the right home.

“Luka would best suit an active, teenage family who could continue his training.
“As he loves fuss and attention, Luka would prefer to be the only pet in t
he home and will need a secure garden so he can enjoy plenty of outdoor playtime.”
“He has a sweet nature and loves to lean against you
"He’ll make a wonderful companion.”when you’re stroking him.
