Dog of the Week
This week’s dog is ten-year-old Terrier Chalky.
Assistant Manager at Dogs Trust Newbury, Jenny Hopkins, said: “Chalky is a lovely lad who was handed in to us due to his previous owner’s change in circumstance.
“He definitely doesn’t act his age and loves playing with his toys and trotting about on his daily walks.”
“This little lad would be content with a cosy armchair or a warm lap to cuddle up on.
“He’s a real sun seeker who loves soaking up a few rays in the garden, especially if he has a saucer of cool tea to sip.”
“Chalky would need a quiet, adult only home with a secure garden and could live with another small, calm female dog.
2He is a sweet character who would make a loving companion in the right home.”
