A Thatcham property has been fully sealed by court order due to criminal activity and anti-social behaviour.
Police secured and carried out a full closure order at an address in the Kennet Heath estate yesterday (Wednesday).
The closure prevents the tenant and any unauthorised person from entering the property, under Section 80 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Disorder Act 2014.
Anyone who does would be committing an offence and could be subject to fines, or even imprisonment.
The initial period of this court order is three months while tenancy action is taken by housing.
