Conservative candidate wins Tilehurst by-election to West Berkshire Council

Conservative candidate Akinbiyi Oloko has won the by-election for West Berkshire Council's Tilehurst South and Holybrook ward.
In all, Mr Oloko won 548 votes, beating Labour candidate Charles Croal and Liberal Democrat Steve Bown.
He will now represent the ward as a member of West Berkshire Council.
