Thornford Road to close for ‘dangerous tree’ removal

A road will be closed near Thatcham next week.
Thornford Road, in Crookham Common, will be closed from Monday, August 19, to Thursday, August 22, between 9am and 4pm.
The closure will be between its junction with A339 Basingstoke Road and Crookham Common Road to enable Connick Tree Care to carry out removal and crown lifting of dangerous trees next to the roads.
Residential and blue light access will be maintained throughout the works, and the diversion route will be signed on site.
