Burst pipe causes 30 feet of water to spray on Newbury road

A water pipe has been burst in Newbury today (Monday) causing around 30 feet of water to spray in the air.
Water has been spraying upwards from a manhole on New Road, near its junction with Chester Close.
It is not yet known how much water has been lost.
Thames Water has received a report of the leak and said it will send an engineer out.
The water company said: “A leak has been reported at this location. We're investigating and we'll send an engineer out as soon as we can.”
